Oct 1 may be the beginning but not for Viajo… last night jo made a surprised visit for Via. Oct 1 for them marks the last day of being together as jo is set to sail for Cebu on the following day. No goodbyes…just separation…yet the anxiety is killing Via!

I think it’s wrong to exclusively hang around with a ‘friend’ who once courted you (or could be Ur EX) while you are in a relationship at the moment. The intention may be clean and not malicious but come on….we all know it’s B**LSH*T. Keep your relationship healthy and refrain from getting too much of life’s spices.
Mindfulness overcomes distractions — which are all those thoughts we don’t want to think but can’t help thinking if we have a distracted mind. And having to think negative and depressed thoughts all day is clearly no fun.
Being able to meditate on an object is a bit like parking your car home in the driveway after you’ve been on a way too long car journey and it has been hell, full of traffic, wrong turnings, road rage, bad weather, stress, accidents, exhaustion, boredom… Once you find your meditation object — whether it is simply the breath or something that transforms your mind from negative to positive — you can stop everything and relax into it. Really relax. Smile inside. Chill. You’re home.
I can ask my heart this question a hundred times.. and will always do even if I don’t have the answer yet..coz somehow, I know I will have it one day…one day soon.
